That's right mate. He was a monster in that game, won everything, was only a loan deal. He was quality.

Yea I never got the Speedie thing.
If he had scored against Millwall in that home game instead of missing a sitter sure a few more fans would have liked him..

Troy, it is a very good post. I just think there needs to be stringent rules applied to new posters in order to avoid repetition. "Failure to review all previously-listed players before posting - and subsequent duplication of said players will result in an instant ban" - that sort of thing.
PS, has anyone mentioned Dale Gordon?

Coffee - Liam Brady was 80's. And as for Speedie, as well as previous answers he also missed TWO late sitters in a 2-2 draw with Millwall at Upton Park in one of his first games.
